This view is from the small garden in front of the Porcellane Museum, the Giardino del Cavaliere, inside the Boboli Gardens. It is a beautiful, peaceful spot, overlooking an olive grove, with umbrella pines, cypresses and the hills beyond. Accoding to the Blue Guide to Florence the garden was "laid out at the time of Cosimo III on a bastion constructed by Michelangelo in 1529". There is also an interesting fountain here.
Here is a neat 360 degree view of the garden.
