Panna Cotta con mirtilli

We are trying to take some time off with the kids and relax during their holiday break. Today we took a drive in the Casentino (better described here by my friend Jennifer). In my old Blue Guide Tuscany Alta Macadam mentions a restaurant in Stia called "Filetto". It was great - simple trattoria food, home made ravioli, grilled meats, inexpensive, warm inside (on a freezing day) and it had the below:
